This is our biggest wellbeing event of the year—and it’s built around one simple idea: small steps add up. Through daily moments of movement, recovery, nourishment, and connection, you’ll have everything you need to feel better, think clearer, and show up strong.

    June 5 , 11:30 am CST

    Suzi is back after her highly rated April session to share more of her expert gardening tips and tricks. With decades of experience and a background running her own CSA, she’ll walk you through simple ways to set your garden up for success this season.

    Perfect for beginners and seasoned gardeners alike. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and get inspired.

  • Recharge + Restore: Creativity as a Wellness Tool

    June 9, 11:30pm CST

    What if creativity could help you feel better, think clearer, and restore your energy? In this session, you’ll explore how creative expression acts as a form of active rest, supporting recovery, reducing burnout, and calming the nervous system.

    This experience includes a guided, hands-on creative exercise designed to help you shift your emotional state in real time and reconnect with yourself.

    Led by Kate King, MA, LPC, ATR-BC, a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience, this session blends neuroscience, creativity, and emotional wellbeing to help you reset and recharge.
