Take a mindful break in your day and join Jen for a 30-minute virtual yoga session designed for all levels β whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi.
This class focuses on gentle movement, stretching, and relaxation to help you reset, refocus, and recharge. No special equipment needed β just a mat (or towel), comfortable clothes, and a few minutes to breathe.
