This session reframes how we think about health, moving from reactive fixes to proactive strategy. Hallie Woods will unpack why the current U.S. healthcare system prioritizes treatment over prevention and how that impacts individuals, workplaces, and communities. Drawing on her experience building Accessum Health, she’ll explore: what Preventative Care Really Means, Health System Architecture vs Outcomes, Practical Strategies for Individuals + Organizations, and Real-World Prevention in Action
Hallie Woods is the CEO and Founder of Accessum Health, a company re-architecting healthcare around people, not bureaucracy. With 15+ years in hospital leadership, Hallie has seen firsthand where traditional care falls short. She founded Accessum to close critical gaps in access, prevention, and long-term health management. Steady in the Noise Keynote with Dr. Alyse Munoz
FEB 27 at 1:00 pm CST
Lately, many people are carrying more than usual-- from work demands, from the world around us, and from the space where those things overlap. Steady in the Noise is a short virtual workshop designed to support focus, steadiness, and connection during heavier times. You’ll learn practical tools for navigating pressure without shutting down or pushing through at a cost. This workshop, Steady in the Noise, will be led by Dr. Alyse Munoz — a licensed clinician and expert in the psychology of stress, attention, and connection.
Dr. Alyse Munoz, LCSW, EdD is a mental health clinician and performance consultant specializing in high-pressure, high-performance environments. With over a decade of experience, she works with high-performing individuals—including executives, first responders, tactical professionals, and competitive performers—who are navigating stress, burnout, and sustained pressure.
Alyse serves as Chief Operating Officer of Tactical Performance Psychology Group (TPPG), helping lead strategy, training development, and performance-focused mental health initiatives in the tactical and first-responder community. She co-hosts the Under Pressure: The Human Behind the Performance podcast, where they explores stress, trauma, performance, and how people grow through high-stakes experiences.
Her work centers on a core belief: many people aren’t failing under pressure—they’re responding exactly as they were wired to survive. With the right skills, those same responses can be redirected toward clarity, resilience, and intentional performance.
